Return and Exchange Policy

• The return or exchange of a product is a right for all our customers and applies to all items offered in our store.

• All products available on our store are subject to the return and refund policy under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• Returns or exchanges can be made only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packed in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number, so the item can be replaced in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications.

• The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the one displayed on our website.

• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• A 30% deduction, or a minimum of 25 dirhams, will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defect or issue as stated above.
