When will my order arrive?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We work with several shipping partners based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is international delivery available?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page.

However, you can request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp, providing details about the product’s weight and the shipping rates for international carriers that are not yet registered with our store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please read our return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange.
In the event of a confirmed defect, the company’s shipping cost will be covered and refunded to the customer. However, the product value is not refunded according to our return policy.

I want to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?
Yes! The store offers a special delivery service for bulk orders and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected products.
